Steve Started Pre-School

The boys were starting daycare and we were both starting back to work. I worked close enough that I could go to the day care if there was a problem. Our daycare lady that we chose was amazing with the boys and we were so lucky to have found her.

The boys both seemed to adjust to going to daycare and living with us great. We have all adjusted to being a real family and the boys are calling us Mommy & Daddy. George was still too little to get those words out so it was more like Ma and da but hey we were happy either way.

We signed Steve up for preschool at a local private school. He looked so cute in his little red vest and collared white shirt holding his little lunch box on the first day of school. We sent him here to give him a little time to catch up. He had such a rough first three years we wanted him to have the best chance that we could give him.

Everything was going great at school until the book fair came and we got a call from the school. The call went something like “Mrs. Woolard we caught Steve taking some items from the book fair”, when we asked how they know it was him they said they had it on video! Great my three year old is busted on video stealing from the book fair. We explained to them that his tummy mommy used to have him help with shop lifting and it was not his fault. They continued to say that he went and scribbled in all the books so now we needed to bring $85.00 to the school.

What great parents we are three months into it and our son is a thief! Of course we knew it was not his fault and we laugh about it now.
